Privacy Policy
Effective August 25, 2026. Last updated August 25, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how podiumflow.it ("the Service") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the site, click through to a listed profile, or pay for a ranking position. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.
Who is responsible
The controller for personal data processed through the Service is Zack Khazraj, based in Italy.
What we collect
We keep the Service small and only collect what we need to run the board, take payment, prevent abuse, and understand traffic.
- Entry data. The name, link, category, and photo you submit when you claim a spot on the board.
- Payment confirmation. Stripe processes your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number. We keep a payment record (amount, status, and Stripe's confirmation identifiers) so we can credit the right entry.
- Click counts. When someone clicks through from the board to a listed link, we increment a counter tied to that entry. We do not log who clicked.
- Technical data. Standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) is processed by our hosting provider to operate and secure the Service.
- Messages you send us. If you email us a request, correction, or notice, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and to keep a record where the law requires it.
Cookies
The Service does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may locally remember basic display preferences; this stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Why we use this data
- Contract. To take payment, create or update your entry, and show your rank on the board — the service you asked for.
- Legitimate interests. To prevent abuse, debug issues, and defend legal claims.
- Legal obligation. To keep accounting, tax, and complaint records where the law requires it.
Public entries
Rank, amount paid, name, category, photo, and link on the board are public and visible to anyone, including search engines. Do not submit an entry if you do not want that information shown publicly.
Who we share data with
- Stripe — payment processing and checkout.
- Our hosting and database provider, so the site and database can run.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or a buyer of the Service if we must share data to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or transfer the project.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
- Public entries stay on the board while active and may remain in backups for a limited time after removal.
- Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute handling.
- Click counts are aggregate numbers tied to the entry, not to an individual visitor.
Your rights
If the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you, and to restrict or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority in your country. Email contact.podiumflow@gmail.com — we may need enough information to locate your data. Note that public entry content is not made private simply by asking; you can instead ask us to remove the entry from the board.
Children
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will remove the data we can identify.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service or the law changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version; material changes will be posted here.
