These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of podiumflow.it (the "Service"), including the public leaderboard, the claim form, checkout, and related features. By using the Service, submitting an entry, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for a ranking position.
The Service is operated by Zack Khazraj, based in Italy ("we", "us", "our"), and provided from https://podiumflow.it.
These Terms work together with our public Rules. Where the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
Podium is a paid public ranking. You may pay to list a profile, product, or link and to occupy a position on the board based on the amount paid, according to the Rules. Entries are paid placements, not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements, or independent rankings.
A payment buys a position on the board that your total paid amount supports at the moment it is processed. It does not buy traffic, clicks, followers, revenue, a fixed duration at a given rank, search-engine placement, or any particular outcome. Someone else can pay more and outrank you at any time. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, categories, or the ranking mechanics.
Checkout is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details — Stripe's own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself. Amounts are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes or fees may be added at checkout.
Minimum entry amounts and what it takes to reach a given rank are described in the Rules and shown before you pay. Completing checkout is an offer to buy the ranking position those terms describe. Your entry is created or updated, and the paid amount is added to the public board, once Stripe confirms the payment.
Payments are final and not refundable. Your ranking placement takes effect as soon as payment is confirmed. Being outranked later, fewer clicks than expected, a category you dislike, downtime, or a later removal for breaking these Terms does not create a right to a refund.
By completing checkout you ask us to start this service immediately and, to the extent the law allows, you waive any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period that would otherwise apply. Where a consumer right cannot be waived, we honor it. A chargeback or payment dispute made without a legally valid reason is a breach of these Terms and may result in the entry being removed and future use of the Service being refused.
You may submit a name, link, or profile that you own or represent, or one that belongs to someone else — for example, a creator or public figure you follow or want to see ranked. What matters is that the destination itself is real: it must genuinely be that person's or brand's own public profile or page, not a fake, a lookalike, or something you made up. Entries that are missing, fabricated, or that we cannot reasonably verify are grounds for removal, without refund, at any time. See "Unclaimed listings and profile claims" below for what this means for the person or brand named in an entry they did not submit themselves.
Because entries can be submitted by someone other than the person or brand they name, an entry being on the board does not by itself mean that person or brand is affiliated with, endorses, or participates in Podium, and we do not verify who submitted an entry or their relationship to the person or brand it names, unless and until that entry has been claimed.
The person or brand named in an entry — or someone authorized to represent them — can request to claim it. We currently verify a claim by having the requester send a one-time code in a direct message to our official Instagram account (@Podiumflow) from the account being claimed, which we check by hand before approving. Once approved, the entry is marked as claimed and the verified owner can update its photo, link, and category themselves through a private management link; the rank and total amount paid are not affected by a claim and cannot be changed this way.
We may remove, relabel, or restrict any entry at any time, including an unclaimed one, where we receive a credible complaint from the person or brand it names, where a claim cannot be verified, or where an entry appears fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise abusive. Removal does not entitle anyone to a refund.

We may refuse, edit, hide, or permanently remove any entry, with or without notice, including where we believe these Terms, the Rules, or the law may have been broken, where a rights holder complains, or where we believe an entry creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
Rank, amount paid, names, links, categories, and any photo you upload are public and visible to anyone, including search engines. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and reasonably resize or format that content for as long as needed to operate the Service. If you want an entry taken down, email contact.podiumflow@gmail.com — a takedown does not undo a completed payment.
If you believe an entry infringes your rights or is unlawful, email contact.podiumflow@gmail.com with your contact details, the entry in question, the reason, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We may remove or restrict the entry while we review the notice.
Appearance on the board is not our opinion of a person, brand, or product, and we do not verify claims made by listed entries. Click counts reflect what our systems recorded, not a promise of any outcome. Links from the Service lead to third-party destinations we do not control and are not responsible for.
We provide the Service as-is and may change ranking rules, minimums, categories, or these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms; a payment already completed remains governed by the Terms in effect when you paid, except where the law requires otherwise.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the Service without warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is not excluded here. Our total liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the entry the claim concerns, in the three months before the claim.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your entry, your destination link, your payment or a related dispute, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer protected by a mandatory local law that cannot be displaced, that law still applies to you. Where permitted, the courts of Italy have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
